Job Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and developing job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers .
Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments to define job requirements, establish realistic timelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf), professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews using various techniques, including behavioral, technical, and competency-based questions.
Evaluate candidates' skills and experience, provide constructive feedback to hiring managers, and guide them through the selection process.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and relevant labor laws.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build employer branding and attract potential candidates.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies, processes, and tools.Develop and execute recruitment strategies .
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks to find top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) & optimize processes.
Conduct interviews for all hiring requirements along with attending internal assessment centers when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years .
  • Knowledge: General Knowledge about all HR functions, Familiarity with roles (e.g., Manufacturing, Facilities, Field force, QA/QC)
  • Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, WUZZUF, Social media groups and headhunting search techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a suitable university.
