Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within our existing customer base. You will leverage your industry knowledge, CRM expertise, and marketing automation skills to establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Arabian Gulf healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Arabian Gulf healthcare market.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and aligning our solutions to address their challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to execute targeted marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and develop effective sales collateral and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record as a Sales Account Executive, driving revenue growth and successfully closing deals in the Arabian Gulf.
  2. In-depth knowledge and experience within the Arabian Gulf, including understanding key players, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and their application in lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  5. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a positive team environment.
  8. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Job Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Account Executive, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of at least 5 years as a successful Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role, driving revenue growth and closing complex deals within the Arabian Gulf healthcare sector.
  3. Extensive network and deep connections with key decision-makers in the Arabian Gulf healthcare industry.
  4. Demonstrated ability to generate a substantial pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.
  5. Proven experience in developing and executing strategic account plans, including mapping stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term customer success.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  7. Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a positive team environment.
