Job Description

  • Work on the company recruitment plans and retain the key talents and high performance by suggesting proper recruitment channels and pools for approaching the right caliber, 
  • Following up and coordinating with the recruitment channels and execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews .
  • Oversee and facilitate the Talent Center by contributing to identifying benchmarks and selecting the talent assessment tools and mechanisms. 
  • Manage related Talent assessment information databases

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Certified Diploma is a plus
  • Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus.
  • Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to move between big picture and detail.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
