Job Description
- Work on the company recruitment plans and retain the key talents and high performance by suggesting proper recruitment channels and pools for approaching the right caliber,
- Following up and coordinating with the recruitment channels and execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews .
- Oversee and facilitate the Talent Center by contributing to identifying benchmarks and selecting the talent assessment tools and mechanisms.
- Manage related Talent assessment information databases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Diploma is a plus
- Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus.
