- Assist with challenging client requests and Actively lead the resolution of customer issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales preferably in software solutions.
- IT and Digital experience and knowledge is a must
