Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or staff.
- Ensure the reception area reflects Colas Rail’s professional standards, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue access badges, and ensure compliance with site security procedures.
- Coordinate with facility management regarding office supplies, meeting room bookings, and reception-related needs.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to HR, Administration, and other departments as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events when required.
- Uphold Colas Rail’s values of safety, responsibility, and excellence in all interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor, customer service–oriented, and detail-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
