Job Description
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business continuity.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on service execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations and finance) to ensure service alignment with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuously seek out ways to expand the company's client base and enhance service offerings.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during client visits, meetings, and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 8 to 11 years of experience in the field of logistics/transportation.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent English – both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
