Job Description

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in the transportation and logistics sector.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on service execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations and finance) to ensure service alignment with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Continuously seek out ways to expand the company's client base and enhance service offerings.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during client visits, meetings, and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 8 to 11 years of experience in the field of logistics/transportation.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Proficient using Microsoft office programs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent English – both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
