Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
Keeping up-to-date documentation like quality SOP , Inspection Cards, Control Plans, and modifying frequency and sample size based on process capability.
Continuous improvement activities related to improving the production process and product quality.
Conducts training sessions and writes training material on quality control activities ,Train staff, technicians, and professionals on quality control activities and testing a product or a materials
Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, process, and planning to drive quality improvements and resolve issues.
Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Train and support production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues effectively and Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions

Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality control, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
