Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Analyze data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain detailed Inspection Reports and quality documentation.
- Apply ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in daily operations and support audits.
- Utilize measurement tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc., for precision inspection.
- Identify quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics.
- Experience in preparing Inspection Reports and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with various Inspection & Testing Methods and precision measurement tools (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer, CMM).
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
