Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics.
Experience in preparing Inspection Reports and quality documentation.
Familiarity with various Inspection & Testing Methods and precision measurement tools (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer, CMM).
Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
