Job Description
- ● Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols for frozen fruits and vegetables throughout the production lifecycle.
- ● Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials meets company specifications.
- ● Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
● Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and certifications for audit readiness. - ● Proven knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- ● Experience conducting audits, inspections, and analyses in a Frozen Fruits and vegutables.
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and implement improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within the frozen food or fresh produce industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to varying schedules as required.
