Job Description
- Supervise and lead the electrical technical office team.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, civil, planning, procurement).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Solve technical issues and provide optimal engineering solutions.
- Prepare and follow up technical reports and design change justifications.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of all submissions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- 11+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in technical office activities within construction companies.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
- Familiar with relevant codes (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
