Job Description
- Supervise the preparation and review of mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing).
- Review material submittals and technical documents to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with other technical office disciplines to resolve design and execution issues.
- Validate quantity surveying and BOQ take-offs for all mechanical systems.
- Provide technical support to the site execution team when needed.
- Follow up on project timelines and ensure technical deliverables are submitted as scheduled.
- Communicate with suppliers and the procurement team to respond to technical queries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 3 years in a technical office leadership role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and mechanical design software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale projects or first-class construction companies is a strong advantage.
