Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn posts that align with the company's brand and goals.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies for promotional campaigns, giveaways, branded materials, and company events.
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, including internal and external “expectation” events.
- Monitor campaign outcomes and assist in preparing basic performance reports.
- Ensure consistency in branding and marketing materials across all platforms.
- Handle daily office operations, including document management, correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure the work environment is organized and efficient.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination and/or office administration.
- Aware of media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently in an office environment.
- Good command of English, both reading and writing.
