Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn posts that align with the company's brand and goals.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies for promotional campaigns, giveaways, branded materials, and company events.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events, including internal and external “expectation” events.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and assist in preparing basic performance reports.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and marketing materials across all platforms.
  • Handle daily office operations, including document management, correspondence, and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure the work environment is organized and efficient.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination and/or office administration.
  • Aware of media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • Good command of English, both reading and writing.
  • Female only .
