Operations Intern

Sout ElDona for Media Production is seeking an energetic and well-organized Operations Intern to support daily activities related to client coordination, production logistics, and internal operations. The intern will play a vital role in enhancing workflow efficiency, supporting customers and trainees, and ensuring the smooth running of training and media projects.
 

The intern will learn:

• Greet and assist customers and clients, handling their requests professionally.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate, courteous responses to inquiries.
• Arrange and coordinate training programs, assist trainees with registration and on-site needs.
• Support the logistics of production projects including scheduling, equipment tracking, and coordination with departments.
• Maintain databases, documents, and inventory lists.
• Assist with expense tracking and petty cash management.
• Help prepare meeting notes, progress reports, and updates.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate, courteous responses to inquiries.
• Arrange and coordinate training programs, assist trainees with registration and on-site needs.
