Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  •  Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  •  Handle requests and queries appropriately
  •  Take dictation and minutes
  •  Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and manage shipping-related documents such as invoices, bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs forms.
  • Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure proper execution of shipments.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and provide status updates to the operations manager.
  • Help monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy in logistics systems and tracking tools.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Support in solving operational issues or shipment delays.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, labeling, and dispatch readiness.
  • Assist in preparing monthly operational reports and KPIs for management review.

Job Requirements

  • This position is available in both our 6th of October and El Obour branches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations/logistics role (shipping or cargo background is a plus).
  • Good understanding of shipping documentation and logistics procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using ERP or logistics software is a plus..
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
