Job Description
- Consolidate all group payroll data monthly and perform all payroll-related analyses accurately.
- Support the merit process by checking data readiness, planning, and budgeting.
- Strictly follow up on the proper implementation of compensation and benefits policy.
- Participate in calculating monthly bonuses, commissions, and incentives for all companies based on incentive policies and business updates.
- Update and track year-to-date paid bonuses and commissions, and hashtag.
- prepare all related reports upon request.
- Review and update all incentive and commission systems for all departments.
- Gather and collect all required information and data for inclusion in current or new compensation studies and projects.
- participate in launching compensation and benefits programs on the floor, and ensure that company employees fully understand them.
- Gather new monetary and non-monetary benefits .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Compensation & Benefits Certification in advance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP user is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools ( Power BI )
