Job Description

  • Consolidate all group payroll data monthly and perform all payroll-related analyses accurately.
  • Support the merit process by checking data readiness, planning, and budgeting.
  • Strictly follow up on the proper implementation of compensation and benefits policy.
  • Participate in calculating monthly bonuses, commissions, and incentives for all companies based on incentive policies and business updates.
  • Update and track year-to-date paid bonuses and commissions, and hashtag.
  • prepare all related reports upon request.
  • Review and update all incentive and commission systems for all departments.
  • Gather and collect all required information and data for inclusion in current or new compensation studies and projects.
  • participate in launching compensation and benefits programs on the floor, and ensure that company employees fully understand them.
  • Gather new monetary and non-monetary benefits .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Compensation & Benefits Certification in advance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP user is a plus 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (  Power BI )
