Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role provides expert guidance on pay structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and leadership teams.

• Design, analyze, and administer compensation programs including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and salary structures.
• Evaluate and benchmark jobs against market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus distributions.
• Manage benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leaves of absence.
• Lead or support benefits renewals, vendor evaluations, and open enrollment processes.
• Conduct compensation and benefits audits and prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for job offers and promotions.
