Job Description
- Manage the internal and external communications for siParadigm as follows.
- Manage the online accounts of siParadigm by responding to our clients/candidates and answer their queries in a timely manner
- Directly contribute in transforming siParadigm to be an employer of choice
- Manage the internal communication and announcements of the HR to improve the efficiency of the communication process
- Post online updates on internal events/organization achievements on different platforms
Job Requirements
- BSC in business administration, marketing or any relevant major
- 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in managing corporate social media accounts
- Strong Hands-on experience in organizational communication
- Excellent E-marketing skills with a track record of managing organizational campaigns from scratch
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Team player
- Self managed
- High levels of ownership and commitment
- Flexibility
