Job Description

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze potential markets, target industries, and prospective clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, including finance and technical departments, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and alliances that align with company goals.
  • Track and report on key metrics, such as sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates to management and contribute to business development planning sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable] is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
