Job Description
- Source/ Identify suitable sites/ opportunities according to company standards and objectives.
- Preview and assess potential site according to the Return on Investment report
- Coordinate the visits of the stakeholders and submit final site evaluation report.Monitor, study and report the competitors’ actions and related market activities.
- Manage the property owners’ relationship to ensure that Spinneys management is fully aware of the owner’s updates and activities.
- Review properties related documents such as contracts, purchase and/ or lease agreements with legal department.
- Analyze the paid rents to ensure its paid accurately and within the real estate budget.
- Ensure implementation of all department related policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
