Job Description
- We are looking for a highly driven, results-focused Sales Executive to sell WIZIO’s solutions to Property Developers across Egypt. Working closely with your Directors and you will be a critical part of the growth mission in Egypt.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our applications.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Be an ambassador for WIZIO within a growth territory - on social media and in person at industry events
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in property sales or previously worked with property developers in Egypt
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of computer use
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (hubspot is a plus)
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Graduate of AUC, GUC or British University in Egypt.
