Job Description
Roots Development is looking for professional and experienced real estate Senior property consultants for its Resale team, with the below duties:
- Provide the right advice and assist sellers and investors in purchasing properties.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best fitting them.
- Attracting customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors.
- Maintain regular contact with owners and potential buyers to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Handling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Cooperating with developers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Work Conditions:
- Office location: Zayed City
- Basic Salary + Very competitive commission.
- Regular campaigns to provide leads
- Laptop and open invoice line for business usage.

Job Requirements
- Should have a proven track in selling residential and/or administrative and/or commercial and/or second home properties in any of the new urban cities
- Good English, perfect sales and communication skills
- Should have the ability to interact with people effectively.
- October, Zayed and Nearby areas residents are preferred
- Should be a committed person.
- Car is a plus
- Excellent Time management.
