Job Description
• Develop and implement company marketing strategies to promote BPO services, aligning with the company’s commercial goals. • Execution of annual marketing and communications plans, aligning activities with department budgets, ROI targets and wider business objectives. • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. • Lead growth initiatives that drive revenue, user acquisition, and engagement across the different key markets. • Design and lead targeted campaigns (digital, content, and events) to generate highquality leads for the sales team. • Conduct industry analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs in the BPO market. • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies and social media, to position the company as a thought leader. • Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to increase online visibility and engagement. • Develop and manage internal communications strategies to align with company culture and brand guidelines. • Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase services and network with potential clients. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) to optimize marketing efforts
Job Requirements
- ● Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- ● Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- ● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- ● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- ● Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- ● A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- ● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- ● BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
