Job Description
- Marketing Business strategy planning & development to achieve corporate objectives for all products and services/Categories , based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Develop & execute MAPIC (Brand & Communication Road map) for the activities to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share for different Products/Categories
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Develop pricing strategies, pricing of products and analyze the potential profitability of each SKU
- Media Strategy development, Planning, buying, management, budgeting and monitoring/reporting for all mediums to ensure the best reach medium with the maximize efficiency for targeted audience.
- Responsible for the formulation of the product specifications (come up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery) & 360 degree launch plan along with its ROI & Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the sustainability of products
- Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution
- Monitoring sales performance, P&L, forecast cycle, volume setting/update, and share and distribution information across the brand and against specific marketing activity and targets. Recommend action plans to reverse negative trends or to improve performance.
- Research consumer markets, monitor market trends and identify potential areas
in which to invest - Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services - Plan & implement the company’s events, exhibitions , BTL activities & sponsorship with alignment with company strategy & Product positioning represent the company in international events Brand & marketing BTL activities analysis and adjustments within strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
- Development & Management of website, online campaigns and Develop Social media Road maps and strategy’s to ensure an integrated promotion, engaging & entertaining content
- Marketing Communication Processes , Budget and Contract Management & Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines that builds & sustains the Brand image
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15
years )
