Job Description
· Gather and input data in database, and verify accuracy of valuable company information
· Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs
· Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
· Analyze and use data from branches about their needs
· Create sales orders
· Generate reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups
· Provide occasional administrative support.
· Type in data quickly and efficiently
· Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
· Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
· Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
· Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
· Follow-up of sales orders from the beginning of manufacturing until the delivery of the product
· Communicate with customers to arrange loading and arrange customer priorities
· Communicate with planning, Dispatch and Export team to arrange reserving and loading containers and trucks for branches.
· Follow-up sales orders on Oracle and Apex to know the ready for delivery to arrange loading priorities with the contract manager
· Handle requests for branches and client
Job Requirements
· Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data programs (Oracle)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively in a group
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
