Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers? We're looking for a graduate to join our team as an Order Management Specialist!
If you're a fresh graduate who’s great at multitasking, loves helping people, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes , this role is for you.
You’ll be the link between our customers, logistics team, and social channels, making sure every order is handled with care and delivered on time. ✨
- Process and manage orders from start to finish.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds (RTOs).
- Coordinate with shipping companies for smooth delivery and tracking.
- Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Assist in managing direct messages (DMs) on social media for order inquiries.
- Ensure quality control of all orders before shipping.
- Track the entire order cycle, including returns
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
