Job Description
We’re a fast-growing software company looking for a Process Management Specialist to join our team! You’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving operational processes between our departments , ensuring smooth workflows, faster delivery, and higher client satisfaction.
- Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows across departments.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized process flows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success, Development) to align process improvements with business objectives.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and recommend necessary adjustments.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in process management, business operations, or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of software development cycles and sales operations is a plus.
- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
