Job Description
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, and company policies.
- Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- English level Excellent C1 (Spoken and written).
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
