Job Description
- Implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives and market standards.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive schemes, and reward systems tailored to various levels and departments.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to pay and benefits.
- Oversee the annual salary review, performance-based increases, and bonus cycle processes.
- Manage employee insurance plans, retirement benefits, and other welfare programs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation and benefits costs.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Lead or participate in HR digital transformation projects related to payroll, benefits, and employee self-service systems.
- Supervise and develop the C&B team, ensuring strong performance and alignment with HR best practices.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including
- At least 10 years of specialized experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is essential
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor regulations
- Ability to design and implement competitive and compliant C&B strategies that support business goals
