Job Description
• Lead and manage the Medical & Life Insurance sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulations and policies.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical and life insurance sales
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of Medical and life insurance products and markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals
• Bachelor’s related field preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
