Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all pharmacy branch operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment for both staff and customers.
- Supervise and provide direct leadership to shift managers, pharmacists, and pharmacy staff, ensuring all team members adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Set clear performance goals for staff and support their achievement through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth shift transitions.
- Ensure the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements, patient safety standards, and internal control procedures.
- Contribute to enhancing the pharmacy’s clinical services (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring)
- Offer ideas to expand the pharmacy’s services and increase its impact
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy management or supervisory roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid pharmacy practice license in Egypt.
- Military service certificate (for male candidates).
- A patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
