Job Description
- Responsible for contracts related to medical insurance companies.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts.
- Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Responsible for the percentage of retention and acquisition of the physicians
- Meet and, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure achieving this.
- Plan work schedules weekly and monthly timetables, discuss future targets with the Sales manager and branch manager.
- Regularly attend company meetings.
- Maintaining onsite clinics monthly.
- Analyses sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Job Requirements
- Has a good relations with medical insurance companies
- Medical background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make external visits and travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance companies, policies, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
