Job Description
- Identify, classify, and maintain a reliable database of potential customers.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up to maximize conversion into actual deals.
- Understand customers' needs and offer competitive and appropriate solutions.
- Close deals in alignment with pricing policies and payment plans, in coordination with the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cover assigned geographical and market segments, ensuring effective targeting based on specialty and customer type.
- Achieve assigned sales targets per product line, specialty, and customer category.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary Medicine).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in selling medical equipment, especially in the areas of Ultrasound, ICU, OR, or NICU devices.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and sales skills.
- Established connections with stakeholders in healthcare institutions is a strong advantage.
