Job Description
- Identify and classify potential customers and build a reliable customer database.
- Generate new leads and follow up to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable and competitive products or solutions.
- Finalize sales agreements in line with pricing and payment policies, with support from the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Cover assigned territories according to geographic and market segmentation, ensuring effective outreach by specialty and customer type.
- Achieve sales targets broken down by product, specialty, or customer group.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary Medicine (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in medical equipment sales, particularly in Ultrasound, ICU, OR, or NICU equipment.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and sales skills.
- Well-connected with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities.
