Job Scope:Formulate and execute strategies for shared services that are in harmony with the company’s overarching aims and objectives.Work in tandem with heads of departments to comprehend their requirements, ensuring that shared services are tailored to meet business needs.Manage the provision of shared services departments to internal clients, guaranteeing efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to pertinent policies and regulations.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to refine processes within the shared services management dept. instituting best practices and initiatives to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts to secure services that are both cost-effective and of high quality.Oversee the budgeting for shared services monitoring spending to ensure it aligns with financial limits.Establish key performance indicators for shared services, regularly assessing performance against these benchmarks and taking corrective measures when necessary.Ensure that shared services management department operations comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.Salary Range: AED 50,000 - 70,000 per month
