Job Description

Sales representative will be responsible for selling company's services to new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction levels.  Measures of success include sales targets, new customer acquisition rates, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

  • implement sales plans to Meet agreed sales targets
  • Continuous searching for new clients who could benefit from our services and generating leads through cold calling and outdoor visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare and deliver technical presentations that recommend and explain products or services as per their needs.
  • Follow up Customer complaints and coordinating technical team visits for maintenance and installations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Prepare and Follow up Request for quotations (RFQ)
  • Negotiating and closing sales as per agreed terms and conditions
  • Follow up sales order status and arrange delivery.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecasting reports
  • Maintain weekly sales activity report ( calls report )
  • support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Job Requirements

  • Experience 2-5 years as a sales representative in the oil and gas sector.
  • Education: University degree bachelor's or high degree in any related field.
  • Interpersonal skills, mainly strong communication skills are a valuable characteristic for sales representative, both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.
  • Self-confidence as sales representative should be confident and persuasive when making sales presentations.
  • problem-solving skills, to be able to listen to the customer's desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions, possibly including customizing a product.
  • English Language — Knowledge of Business writing and English vocabularies.
  • Computers Knowledge of computer software, including Office applications and dealing with ERP systems.
