Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Rate Negotiation & Schedule Optimization: Proactively assess and negotiate rates with shipping lines and freight forwarders, optimizing available schedules to secure the most efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Comprehensive Documentation Management: Oversee the meticulous preparation, issuance, and timely submission of all required shipping and customs documentation for both import and export processes.

Regulatory Compliance Assurance: Rigorously ensure that all import and export activities strictly adhere to the diverse requirements, conditions, and legal frameworks of each respective country.

Proactive Pre-Shipment Coordination: Meticulously manage and follow up on all pre-shipment arrangements, guaranteeing seamless preparation and coordination to prevent delays.

Financial Oversight & Cost Control: Accurately define, track, and analyze all costs and charges associated with shipments, providing transparent and detailed financial oversight to optimize expenditures.

Integrated Logistics & Transportation Management: Expertly handle comprehensive logistics, encompassing transportation to storage facilities and efficient inland freight for imported or exported goods, while coordinating effectively with all relevant shipping agents.

Customs Clearance Liaison & Expediting: Maintain close and proactive communication with our customs clearance agencies to ensure swift, smooth, and compliant customs processing, minimizing transit times.
