BUM “VMS – OTC – FMCG”
Job Description:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to gain market share, and drive profitability targets to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for consumer health business.
- Lead and provide strong leadership, training and coaching for sales and marketing teams to increase overall performance.
- Manage and review budgets, reports and forecasts.
- Plan, administer, and manage commercial budget and resource allocation based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance of the brand.
- Execute, evaluate, and adjust rolling tactical marketing plans including both traditional and e-marketing activities.
- Responsible for management and development of VMS-OTC & FMCG businesses
- Responsible for VMS- OTC & FMCG
- Manage and lead marketing and sales departments/divisions
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers
- Assess new business development projects
- Setting and validating commercial terms
- Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing and communication plans for development of the represented brands
- Cooperation and alignment with all departments of the company – compliance, logistics, finance, etc.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Pharmacy, Medicine or Vet), MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience
- Ability to drive creative and strategic winning marketing strategies
- Previous experience in team management with strong leadership and influential skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language
- High Sales experience & capabilities.
- Strong People management skills
- Proven record of success in VMS/OTC /FMCGs field
- Preferably, to have MBA or post-graduation degree in Marketing.
