Job Description
Core Sales Execution
- Conduct daily outbound calls to qualified leads, presenting tailored AI/software solutions that address client pain points.
- Close sales through persuasive negotiation, objection handling, and contract finalization.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Own inbound inquiries via phone/email/chat, converting opportunities into signed deals.
- Exceed monthly quotas for calls, opportunities created, and revenue closed as per monthly sales target.
Customer Experience & Growth
- Conduct needs-based discovery to position Quanvex solutions as strategic differentiators.
- Document all interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM with 100% accuracy.
- Flag customer concerns to Solutions Engineers for rapid resolution.
- Identify post-sale expansion opportunities through structured follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of B2B telesales experience in SaaS, AI, or complex tech solutions.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (especially via phone).
- Masterful command of sales fundamentals: cold calling, discovery, negotiation, closing.
- Strong ability to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Resilient, cool-tempered, and able to handle objections or rejection confidently
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to identify customer needs and match them to the right offering
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Presentable, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
