Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Representative (Educational Advisor)
Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Full-Time, Fully On-site
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and boost conversion rates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand students’ learning goals and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
- Track students’ progress and analyze learning performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a smooth and satisfying renewal experience.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.
