Senior Project Management Engineer

Job Statement:

Required Senior Project Managment Engineer for Powerline industries who is needed to be able to Lead the execution of medium - large size projects and ensure that all related activities and the project objectives are achieved in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. 

Job Scope

Project Execution & Control

• Defines, jointly with responsible departments, all the project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
• Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and effectively monitors and controls project progress and the resources utilization.
• Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
• Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and
• pursued. Captures, analyzes and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
• Ensures that the project is formally closed out as contractually agreed.
• Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project.
• Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and suggest strategies to deal with different assigned projects

Claims Management & Stakeholders Relations

• Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
• Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.
• Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
