Job Statement:
Required Senior Project Managment Engineer for Powerline industries who is needed to be able to Lead the execution of medium - large size projects and ensure that all related activities and the project objectives are achieved in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
Job Scope
Project Execution & Control
- Defines, jointly with responsible departments, all the project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and effectively monitors and controls project progress and the resources utilization.
- Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
- Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and
- pursued. Captures, analyzes and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
- Ensures that the project is formally closed out as contractually agreed.
- Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project.
- Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and suggest strategies to deal with different assigned projects
Claims Management & Stakeholders Relations
- Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
- Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.
- Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Main Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in English
Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Communicating and Negotiating Skills
- Managing change and Analyzing risks
- Thinking in geographically and worldwide terms
- Thinking systemically and Understanding the needs of people
- PMP Professional certification will be a plus
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- MS Office skills
