Job Description
- Lead the construction of utility networks, including water, sewage, and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations for pipeline installation, maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Oversee road construction and soil replacement activities, ensuring long-lasting and stable infrastructure.
- Conduct inspections of civil works such as excavation and trenching to ensure alignment with plans and schedules.
- Manage quality control procedures and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies to enhance safety and reliability.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily logs and inspection reports, for transparent progress tracking.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, optimizing resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure and utility projects, including water treatment, sewage systems, HDD, roadworks, and soil replacement.
- Solid background in civil and utility infrastructure with hands-on site management experience.
- Proficiency in project management and design software such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
