We are  seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ongoing and upcoming projects at our GB Bus Factory site, with potential future assignments in Abu Rawash.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects—on time, within budget, and in alignment with the specified scope and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering all key project areas (scope, time, risk, and quality).
• Monitor and ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of all phases of the project.
• Establish effective communication strategies to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed.
• Proactively identify project risks and issues and escalate them when necessary.

Resource Management:

• Identify and engage necessary resources, ensuring their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and managed.
• Optimize the use of resources to achieve project objectives within budget constraints.
• Estimate resource needs and monitor actual resource hours spent on projects to ensure alignment with the project plan.
