Job Description
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and designs in line with project requirements and technical standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure design integration and quality execution.
- Monitor architectural works on site to verify conformity with plans and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation and periodic progress and quality reports.
- Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in technical meetings with senior management and contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure health and safety standards are applied throughout all execution phases.
- Support the Project Management Manager in work planning, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience in managing and executing architectural projects, preferably in malls or large facilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and administrative teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian building codes and civil defense laws.
- Proficient English language skills for professional technical reporting and correspondence.
