Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers (that did not fully purchase the products) through phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Customer Service Department in the showroom.
- Follow up on all leads generated to filter them and be turned into visits
- Follow up on all visits as per customer service schedule to assess the customer satisfaction as per planned.
- Customer reception in case the sales representative is busy.
- Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system.
- Report to CRM & Telemarketing Head
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiar with using and tracking leads through social media platforms
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement
