Job Description
Planning and organizing resources according to shipping and dispatch schedules during peak periods and holidays to ensure continuity of services as needed.
Responsible for planning and developing all public relations elements of the marketing plan for customized products/brands.
Identifying, negotiating, evaluating, and recommending opportunities for larger activation s and partnerships across multiple channels to ensure high visibility and excellent press coverage, for integration into the plan.
Performing export reviews and product categorization for clients on a daily basis.
Marketing and Sales Support – Researching export opportunities, assessing new market potential, and following up on additional export sales.
Customer Service – Responding to customer inquiries about export shipments, providing product information, and managing customer relationships.
Inventory Management – Monitoring current inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of export product.
Budgeting and Cost Control – Developing cost estimates for international shipments and managing shipping costs, customs duties, and other associated fees.
Understands export compliance requirements.
Serves as an escalation point for complex and non-routine issues.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of shipping documentation requirements and international trade regulations
Understanding of supply chain management and logistics - ability to solve problems and think outside the box
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and vertically to obtain information
Innovative and results-oriented thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
