Job Description

  • Ensuring Alignment with Company  Policies and Standards.
  • Collaborate with Company  to align local policies with global standards, ensuring coherence across the organization while addressing local regulatory and business needs.
  • Implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures aligned with Group GS to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce trends and plan for talent needs.Drive
  •  initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture by developing and promoting core values.
  • Lead internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Implement effective workforce planning to ensure staffing aligns with business demands.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.
  • Develop and oversee training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
  • Promote leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Coordinate with central compensation and benefits team to administer all compensation and benefits plans.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop individual and team objectives that align with HR and organizational goals.
    Foster a collaborative and a learning organization.
  • Ensures HRIS and other systems are consistently updated and maintained.

Job Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Background or prior experience in industrial or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Emotional Intelligence:  Builds strong relationships through empathy.
  • Leadership and Influence:  Inspires teams and drives success.
  • Communication Skills: Ensures clear and effective messaging.
  • Design Thinking & Problem Solving: Innovates practical solutions.

  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and compensation bench marking software.
  • Experience in Organization Development and Talent Management
