Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Client Relations Assistant to support our client communications and document delivery process. This role involves delivering important documents (such as invoices, quotations, contracts, and official correspondence) to clients, as well as engaging with them in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate should be presentable, punctual, and able to communicate basic information and updates when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver invoices, quotations, contracts, and other company documents to clients in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of all documents.
- Serve as a point of contact during delivery, representing the company professionally and politely.
- Clarify basic inquiries from clients regarding delivered documents, and refer detailed queries to the appropriate internal department.
- Occasionally assist in collecting signed documents or payments from clients.
- Maintain a daily log of deliveries and client interactions.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery schedules and priorities are met.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a messenger or office assistant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of business documents (invoices, offers, contracts).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license or motorbike license (if applicable).
