Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule data and updates.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Identify risks and delays, and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Assist in resource allocation planning and workload forecasting.
- Ensure all planning documents are accurate and aligned with project objectives.
- Support project change management and claims processes.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding project timelines and progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- [7+] years of experience in project planning.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control is an advantage.
