Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Train, and manage a dynamic sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes high performance and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team performance.
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for software products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership position
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
  • Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market segment the company operates in.
  • Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
