Job Description
Team Management
1. Maintain a predefined average headcount of recruitment specialists;
2. Coordinate new hires’ logistical and administrative set up;
3. Ensure team targets are aligned with client requisitions;
4. Coach team members to develop team performance;
5.Handle Recruitment Specialists’ requests and complaints.
Account Ownership
1. Participate in the process of new account launching;
2. Coordinate the fulfillment of account staffing shortage with other recruitment team;
3. Gather client feedback on iSON’s recruitment performance and quality;
4. Handle possible recruitment process gaps;
5. Communicate updates in candidates’ employment status
Other Tasks
1. Fill mid-level call center vacancies and entry to mid-level staff vacancies;
2. Ensure the progress of recruitment requisitions fulfillment.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in German C1 is a must
- Experience in BPO or Call Center is a Must
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience in German call center hiring & Minimum 6 Months in Managing a team before
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Word/Powerpoint/ Excel
